I have found something I really want to buy, but I don't have a debit card OR a credit card to order online with. Do you accept mail-in purchases with Money Orders?

Of course you can still order! All you need to do is to follow the steps below, and we'll process your order for you.
  1. The first order of business is deciding what to buy. Pick out what shirts you want to buy, what color you want them to be, and what size. E-mail us by CLICKING THIS with that information and indicating your desire to send in a Money Order via mail for your purchase.
  2. We will quickly send you a return email that will have all of the information you need. Our shipping address and the total cost of your purchase plus shipping being the primary items of note.
  3. Print out that email that we sent you that includes all of your costs, your shipping address, and your order. Mail that information in an envelope to the address we gave you and include your payment. We'll ship your shirts as soon as we get your letter in the mail!

Company Return Policy

Our company is happy to provide you with whatever customer assistance as is required for you to have a good shopping experience. However, if you return your purchases for a refund and there is nothing wrong with the shirts you bought, then there will be an incurred fee levied against your refund. All shipping charges are non refundable.

I Am Having Problems With The Shopping Cart Accepting My Credit Card

You need to make certain that your credit card billing address is correct. If you are sure your order should be going through, run through this short list.
  1. I know you just did this, but you should probably check it again! Look up the billing address on the card you're using and copy it directly into the billing address entry on your order form.
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.
  3. It may come down to using a different credit or debit card. Our system may be rejecting you for an unknown reason.

A quick word about the quality of our product.

If you want a shirt that will last you for a long time and that you can enjoy for wear after wear, then you have come to the right place. The shirts that many of our competition sells is comparable to shirts you would buy in a department store in a value pack of five. We pay more for our shirts because we care about the product we sell. Our shirts are made to last you for a long time, and we have a satisfaction guarantee that backs that statement up. All of the standard men's tees we sell are printed on the highest grade of 6.1 ounce cotton we could find, because we know that is what our customer expects from us.

When I add products to my order, the shopping cart stays empty!

Shopping carts require something called "cookies" to be activated in your browser settings for the shopping carts to function properly. In your privacy settings, your cookies are most likely disengaged in your Internet Browser settings. This will be a problem if you want to buy things on the Internet. You can set your cookies preferences in the "tools-options-privacy" tab of your browser (instructions)...OR you can call us at 1-888-687-4478 (TOLL FREE for U.S. Residents) from 9am to 6pm CST to place your order.

How long does it take to get my shirts after my order is placed?

Happy customers are the most important thing to us around these parts, and extremely quick shipments make our customers happy. You can expect shipments to go out within 24 hours of paying for your shirts. We are here, busy as bees from the hours of 7 o'clock in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon Central Standard Time. We do not work on federally sanctioned holidays, nor on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place your order on a weekend, then that means your order will be moved through the system on Monday and shipped out on a Tuesday. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. There are a few times when items are on short supply and we have to order them so that your purchase can be completed and shipped. If that is the case, then it will only add a scant 2 days to your total shipping time. Compared to many of our competitors who do not care as much as we do about shipping speed, that's still VERY fast.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

To those of you who are placing your orders within the U.S., then you have many options when considering your shipping speed.

  1. Standard Shipments are faster than almost anyone else out there because of our fast processing, making our shipments in only THREE to EIGHT business days.
  2. Expedited Shipments are for those people who are in a real hurry to get their order in the mail, and you can reasonably expect delivery somewhere between TWO and THREE business days.
  3. If you need your order extremely fast, we can make that happen for you with our Express Shipping, which will get your package to you in only 1-2 business days.
SPECIAL NOTATION, PLEASE READ! Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with Priority Mail and take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. These approximated shipping times do not include certain considerations for out-of-stock items and processing times. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.

To those of you who live in the countries of Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, The Netherlands, Canada, England, Denmark, Finland, And Germany: We most definitely ship to you via International mail! When you are ordering from outside of the U.S., your orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...this is never truer than during the Christmas rush, so please take this into account when ordering. Contacting us after a week will do you no good, as we will only kindly remind you to be patient and to contact us after the eight week expectancy time has elapsed. We cannot track the shipments once they leave the United States, so please be patient.

It doesn't matter if your shipment is declared as a GIFT, because we are legally liable to reveal the value and the inventory of your shipment to customs. In addition to this, you may see that you can have additional charges levied against your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying these Customs Fees. If you need any information concerning Customs fees and procedure, please call your area's customs agent.

We most definitely ship to all Military Addresses! We are hugely grateful for the sacrifice our soldiers willingly make to preserve freedom here, and abroad. Expedited and Express options are not available to APO/FPO addresses and will be shipped via Standard Shipping options. Just like other International Orders, the above delivery times cannot apply to orders being delivery to Military Addresses.

It will take THREE to FIVE work days for your shirts to get to you if you are having them sent to your PO BOX, because all PO BOX deliveries will be sent with United States Standard Mail.


Is the information I send you is kept with the highest security, ESPECIALLY my credit card number?

If you are having doubts about using your card on the Internet, let me explain the process so that you will feel more secure about it. When you decide you want to buy something, you'll click the tab that says "add to cart." We can easily put our excellent t-shirt designs on the back of any of the tees you purchase, so feel free to leave a message for us in the comment section of your order form that back-printed shirts are what you want, and we will do that for you at no charge.
